Mary Plonka: Located at 112 South Clinton St. Olean, NY 14760. Her phone number is 716-373-6735. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. Mary is a fee for service provider and does not accept insurance or Medicaid at this time.
Dr. Sean Siebert: Located at 515 Pine St. Jamestown, NY. His phone number is 716-664-7501, and his office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. He is a Clinical Psychologist, and accepts several insurance plans. Please inquire about this at the time of initial contact.
Rehabilitation Today Services: Located at 784 Main St. Olean, NY 14760. Their phone number is 716-372-3550, they accept various insurance and Managed Care plans. Their office offers psychiatric evaluations and counseling for diagnoses such as PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), ADD (attention deficit disorder), mental health and behavioral problems in children, adolescents, adults and families.
Child and Family Services Center of Alfred University: Located at 6 Sayles St. Alfred, NY 14802. Their phone number is 607-871-2229. They are open Monday-Thursday from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. The fee is a sliding scale fee, and they will not turn families away because of an inability to pay. This group of counselors work with children and adolescents ages 3 years old through the age of 21. The counselors specialize in working with individuals who have mood or anxiety problems, relationship issues, and stress management.
Alfred Counseling Associates: Offices located in Alfred, Belmont, Dansville, Wayland, and Wellsville. Their phone number is 607-587-8390. They have flexible hours during the week, and they are able to work with most insurance providers. They are also willing to work with most clients regardless of their financial situation. There are multiple counselors who focus on addressing issues such as: depression, anxiety, grief, post-traumatic stress, abuse, life transitions, stress, and eating disorders. They also have a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Alfred to assist with medication management.

Services provided include medication management/psychopharmacology, individual/couples/family counseling for all ages, and psychological assessments for all ages. Healthy Families Allegany / Cattaraugus are voluntary home visiting programs for expectant and new parents that promote parent/child interaction, self-sufficiency and encourage families to access community resources. Families can enter the program prenatally and up until the baby reaches the age of three months. There are four levels of home visit intensity provided until the child reaches the age of five, or attends preschool or Head Start.

FLPN provides family and family support services to families in need. They are able to also provide intensive support services for families with at-risk children and family support groups with free childcare. All services are at no cost and no diagnosis is required to receive services; however, children typically have some form of special needs.
Parent Network of Western New York: Located at 1000 Main St. Buffalo, NY 14202. Their phone number is 716-332-4170. This agency also provides various trainings for families and other providers dealing with children who have development disabilities, mental health disorders, ADHD, and Autism.
Cuba Cultural Center: Located at 38 E. Main St. Cuba, NY 14727. Their phone number is 585-209-0052. They provide a Mobile Pantry Distribution, every other Wednesday, 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Families are served on a first come, first served basis, and there are no income nor residency requirements. This is a free program. Monthly Distribution food distributions are on the third Friday of each month, starting at 12 PM to 4 PM. This is open to residents of Allegany County. If you are new to this program, please bring proof of residence. This is also a free program. Free Emergency Food boxes are available to families on an as-needed basis.
You can also purchase quality, frozen food (mostly protein) at rock bottom prices. Select items from a monthly shopping list, paying when you order, using cash, debit/credit, or SNAP. You would pick up your food the following week.
Catholic Charitie/Salvation Army: Located at the corner of Pearl St. and Maple Ave. in Wellsville, NY. Their phone number is 585-296-3757. They primarily will serve the communities from Scio to Wellsville, but also will services the community of Angelica. However, they will serve any family that resides in Allegany County one time. If families are in need of on-going support, there is an intake process. They require the families address and last four digits of family member’s social security number. From this they generate an intake number and families can then access services once a month. Once a family is connected they can provide families with 3 day supply of food for all family members once a month.

Allegany Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (ACASA): Outpatient treatment is located at 2956 Airway Rd. Wellsville, NY 14895. Their phone number is 585-593-6738. There is also a satellite office located at 40 W. Main St. Cuba, NY 14727. The phone number for this office is 585-968-1482. ACASA is a multidisciplinary treatment team for people who are referred or self-directed, and meets the admission criteria. Services are also provided for families whose lives have been affected by the disease of addiction. Counselors are available to provide information and referrals, assessments, evaluations, individual and group counseling, child and family counseling, family interventions, and educational/vocational counseling.
Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous: Weekly meetings are held at St. Phillip’s Episcopal Church located on Willets Ave. in Belmont, NY. These meetings are Monday nights at 8:00pm.

This is a state run agency that assists children and adults with enrolling in specialized services based on documented developmental disabilities. The Wheels for Work program is a program that aims to help working individuals maintain employment by providing loans to purchase a vehicle. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements. The eligibility requirements are as followed: you must be an Allegany County resident, currently working 20 hours a week and able to provide 4 recent, consecutive, paystubs. The ASSET Workforce Development Program provides low-income individuals living at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines with workforce development and job readiness skills. Single parents age 18-35 will be given priority for program services. All Workforce Development participants will work directly with ACCORD's Self-Sufficiency Employment and Training (ASSET) Counselor. The ASSET Counselor will provide one on one services for case management including building upon an individual's strengths, assist with eliminating employment barriers, and job readiness skills. Individuals participating in on-the-job training will be eligible for a monetary stipend.
Through participation in the ASSET Program, participants will enhance their job readiness skills and advance towards self-sufficiency.

Program services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and include one-on-one direct supervision. A referral to access this program is required by Allegany County Community Services (SPOA).
